Families
Big groups of unfamiliar faces can be intimidating, so that is why CUSN has FAMILIES! Anyone who wants to be a part of a CUSN family group fills out a simple survey that assesses their social and academic preferences. All CUSN members are split into groups of 6-10 and are matched up with 1-2 CUSN core members, who serve as mentors and resources to the larger community. CUSN hosts events for all members but CUSN families allow for a more intimate relationship between CUSN members, whether it is hitting up the books or going out to have fun as CUSN core plans the next event. Families can build life-time friendships that would only be possible through a smaller space.
